Description
The iron used in the making of the kirpan is called Kamani. It has an unsharp blade fitted with a brass hilt. The kirpan also has a side brass chain. Kirpans are used as a ritual to keep in front of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Prakash in every Gurudwara Sahib, across the world. Also, it plays an important role in the Indian Wedding Ceremonies.
