Return request will be considered valid if you have applied for the return within 7 days of receiving the product
Write to us at info@thesikhessentials.in, or call us on our customer support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request
It takes 3-5 working days for us to initiate a refund once the product reaches us in the good condition
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes (if any), labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc
We advise you to properly pack the products so that there is no further damage to the products during transit
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by The Sikh Essentials in order to determine the legitimacy of the return
Products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded

Exchange Policy
In order to exchange the product, you are required to comply with the below-mentioned conditions:
- Notify The Sikh Essentials of receipt of a damaged/defective/wrong product within 3 days of delivery. If you are unable to do so within 3 days, The Sikh Essentials shall not be held liable for the failure to exchange the order.
- Make sure products should be returned in their original packaging only along with the original price tags, barcodes (if any), labels, user manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc.
- We advise you to adequately pack the products so that there is no further damage to products during transit.
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by The Sikh Essentials in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.
- After verification check, the replacement product will be dispatched to you within 3-4 days from the day we have received it
Cancellation Policy
- An order cannot be cancelled once shipped, though you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order
